I loved this salon! Everyone is so very talented. I know for good salons, appointments are necessary, but I had zero time and honestly stumbled in as a walk in. I sat only 20 minutes to get someone to have my nails done! A full acrylic set too. The skill and detail was amazing. Very nice people and they even apologized for the wait (totally not needed, I know waiting is to be expected as a walk in). Love my nails! Price is worth it.
Very professional. Love the online booking system and easy to make changes or call if needed. A lot of their technicians really pay attention to the small details which I appreciate!
I went two separate times and saw two separate techs and had a less than great experience both times. Both times the massage was so quick I didn’t even know it was happening. My manicure chipped less than 24 hours after getting it and the hygiene practices are horrific. I watched the techs cut my cuticles and then put the tool right back into the bin without any sanitation.
I booked all of my appointments with Lynn. She's so sweet and professional. I got the best pedicure here and I suggested my friends as well.My friends always ask about where I did my nails.The environment is clean and big, a lot of spots for parking. My girlfriend and I are in town visiting my sister and she brought us here. Talk about GREAT service. They made us feel welcomed and on top of that gave us eggrolls. The place is nice and clean and gives off a welcoming vibe. They made sure we were comfortable and they have excellent customer service. If you're ever in the Newton area, I recommend coming here.
First time client who is very happy!! Luanne did a fantastic job shaping my natural nails with dip. Vivian also does great dip. Thyra does amazing pedis. Clean place, lovely staff and lots of parking. Would have to agree this is a hidden gem… will certainly be back!
